Limitations

  • Forecasts represent probabilistic estimates and are not deterministic predictions

  • Extreme events outside historical training distribution may be under-predicted

  • Model does not account for anthropogenic interventions (dam releases, dredging, lock operations); inclusion of these is on our roadmap for a future model release.
